I started off a year ago just like the instructions doing a little warm up stretching and jelquing, I had quick gains at first, then ran into some setbacks. By setbacks I just mean not really gaining but this didn't really bother me because I really don't want to hurt myself pushing too far too fast, so I just got use to the pressures and strains gradually adapting to them giving my cock plenty of time to heal, noticed it getting veiny but seldom ever had spots and never bruising probably a sign I wasn't using much force. It was giving me better erections and sex anyway, which is still enuf to keep me doind it.
After a year I'm amazed how engorged I can get it with minimal discomfort at max jelq probably about 20% thicker than a normal erection, a year ago doing it with a 75% erection would hurt, now that's about the low end of erection level I use averaging about 85%. Another thing I noticed is occasionally I can get into a zone of jelquing when it gets so plump it's a little numb, I wonder if anyone else has this experience, it seems to be the optimal gain zone idk just a hunch really, I'm afraid to stay in that "optimal zone" for more than 2 minutes at a time though just to be safe. This is when I started getting the slight numbing tingling feeling doing it this way, it gets so plump I think the nerves are getting stretched and compressed a bit, and there's probably a bit of just cutting off the circulation from the continued slow stroking so I like to stop every 2 minutes or so and rest a sec.
I also noted that when I took ginko I had better results, better erections, sex drive and generally felt better- that's good stuff. Another thing I just read but was never sure about is a survey they did on another PE site where those who masterbated seldomly had significantly better gains in PE, which makes sense have more blood flow would speed up heal rates for one, I knew this had to be so, but I seldom had the self-control to not rub one out after a jelquing session, masterbating after jelquing is very very good in feeling anyway but not good for gains. It's really hard not masterbating, but that's what you want.
I can't say I've gained a lot in measurements the past year( jelqued about30minuts per day avg. or 200hrs in one year) I didn't really want it longer(girlfriends advice) but I gained about .5 inches in length anyway and about .35 inches in girth, she also said girth is what really feels good length can hurt which I've been reading more of and I plan to stop before the 8" threshold of terrifyingly large cock.
