Hey YGuy7 could you post your routine and how long it took you to achive those gains, or if anyone else has that info copied from before could they re-post it? Also HughJorgan could you post your girth method? Thanks.

hey man, sorry I took so long, but I was saving up my hand strength to type this.. lol.. In about 2 weeks, it'll be a full year of PEing. Hopefully I can get to 7.5 bpel by the end of this month.

Starting size(Oct.00): 4.75-4.5"x3.5(midshaft girth)
Last measure(Sep. 1st/01): 7.375x5.5 (midshaft girth)
Month1: 10min manual stretch/10jelq/kegels
Month2-3: 20min manual stretch/20min jelq/kegels
Month4-8: 30min manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels
Month9: no manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels
Month10-11: 30-40min hanging/5min jelq/20min power jelq/20min power squeeze/kegels

I got fast, steady gains the first 3 months, then slower(still consistent) gains until month 6,where I then got a big growth spurt. Then I got another spurt around the end of month 8. Month 9 and the end of Month 10 was kinda stagnent. By the end of Month 10, I finally broke a length plateau(thanx to the bibhanger). Currently I'm working on midshaft girth, thats why I've added the squeezes, and my penis is responding really well to it. And just like most guys on this board my final goal would be 8"(nbp)x6-6.5"(midshaft).

I always thought that your case was one of the most inspiring ones in PEing... Your example is of great importance since i guess it makes newbies even with the smallest penis really believe that they can make it at least average.

I started 2 months ago around 6x4.75 almost with the same routine you had.

Could you explain the difference between power jelg and simple jelg(Please give details if you can)?

And what was your size before using the bib hanger(from your previous post this should be at the end of the ninth month...?)?

Dorian, thanx for the kind words. To be considered an inspiration to even one person is a honor =)

I was at 7" bp, when I started using the Bib hanger. So I gained about .375" in about a month and a half. I'm trying to use the Bib hanger solely for length(and base girth), and my jelq/squeeze routine just for girth.

Here's the description of the Power Jelq from the PE site I got it from:

Begin just like you do when performing jelq, only this time perform a strong PC Flex and watch as more blood suddenly fills your penis when you flex.
As soon as you see the sudden increase of blood when you kegel, jelq down slowly taking about 3 seconds to reach the base of your head.
As you jelq down slowly, you should feel a tingling sensation in your head. This tingling is your blood spaces expanding with blood as you jelq down.
Perform the 3 second slow jelq 9 more times then perform another strong PC Flex. Follow with an immediate strong jelq and feel the expansion as you reach the base of your head.
Remember, 9 strong jelqs then a strong PC Flex & Jelq.

YGuy7, thanks again for posting your rountine. Your story is definately one that should make evryone a believer in PE. I am continually suprised at the responsiveness and concern the majority of people on this board have for each other. It would be nice to see that level extended across the world everyday. I know it sounds rather idiotic but it truly amazes me how people support each other on this board. Shit, Osama bin Laden(if that's who's responsible) and George Bush Jr. should get online and talk it out on this board, maybe they'd understand that making love and not war is beneficial for just about everyone.

I really ment what I said because if we just look at the facts 2.5x2 added to your penis in JUST one year is like a dream coming true. We all know in this forum that this kind of progress is outstanding. It must be your genes as well but still...

Well done and I bet you're an inspiration to more than two people here.

What were your rest days? I rest every third.

Thanx guys, glad I could help. I guess Im one of the lucky ones "fast gainer", either due to genes or being young, or just working my ass off this past year.

Rest days now, I go 3 on/1 off. The 40mins hanging/45mins squeezing&jelqing require a lot of rest for me. I feel pretty worn out after this. With the previous routines, before I started hanging, I would go 5on/1off, but I guess it depends on how your penis feels.

do you think you reached this goal more because of jelq or because of stretching.

Yguy7, i now jelq heavy for ca. 5 mins, then hang 4 sets of 12 mins, then do jelqing for 5 mins after all this....

do you think this will support gain?

im a little lazy so 30 mins power jelq and 30 mins manual stretch....puuuuhhhh...... i couldnt keep this.

Hanging is lazier.... :-)

You should try to jelq fo 20 min, I think jelqing is important for you to increase you circulation because of your shaft numbness, hanging will give you faster gains but jelqing will build you a nice size dick from the inside out. don't get me wrong I'm not saying don't hang but I think with your problem you should not neglect jelqing. Maybe you should hang one day and jelq the next.
