Pre PE measurements, all are Bone Pressed.
EG........4.25"
EL.........6.00"
Current measurements as of 9/20/01.
EG.........5.00"
EL.........7.00" Sometimes 7.25" but feel its 7" most of the time.
Routine:
Manual stretching.............5 minutes
Jelqing............................20 minutes, 1-2 times/day.
Hanging..........................20-30 minutes, 1-2 times/day.
Massage with hand held vibrating massager....5 minutes.
I do this workout 1-2 times/day, usually on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat. I take Wed and Sun off to recover. This routine is what I eventually ended up doing to get my original gains, which came between 2/2001 and 7/2001.
