hey everbody i dont know if you guys know of this one but im goin lay it out for you this excrise is for girth what you do is grab your shaft at the base with your thump and front finger down towards ground dont squeeze jus yet do 50 hard pc plexs then squeeze hard and slid your grip up towards your glands at a 5 sec count and repeat for 20 to 30 min. not only does this work your pc muscle but its great for girth, but best done after jelging... :)
