Since extra length is my primary motivation, I spend most of my time hanging. No surprises here - 3 Twenty minute sessions on PE nights, using Bib's new hanger. I try for 2 or 3 nights in a row then 1 day off. When I'm done hanging I jelq, more for penis health than for girth. As for kegels, I do them while jelqing but on a different schedule. Every other day is my intended kegel pattern. I can't say enough about the power of kegels for better erections. My girlfriend loves it when I throb my erection! She comments about it often, "I felt that!"
Hanging Details:
I recently added swivels on the left and right side of my computer desk which allow me to hang straight out to the left and right while using my computer. First I hang to the left for twenty minutes, then to the right, then straight down. Before my last PE interuption I was hanging around 13 pounds, now I'm working my way back up again. I feel a different stretch from the different angles so I know this will improve my progress. In fact, I measured an 1/8 inch gain right before my PE break, but I couldn't confirm it with a second measurement on a different day. Then activities took me away from PE again - what a bummer! Oh well, I know that my next gain is right around the corner. I've got the right set-up and the right strategy, all I have to do is put in the time.
