A better way to manual stretch:
Here's something I've been doing for the last few days that is giving me a great stretch very comparable to hanging, if not better? Take your flaccid penis and with the ok grip grasp about 2" behind the head. Don't waste your time measuring just guestimate. Now with a tight ok grip pull forward. Your skin should move forward down to behind the head. If not then start over with the grip closer to the head. The skin will stretch over time as with hanging. This is a much better way to do manual stretching than just grabbing the head. There's no need to use baby power to aid in grip and it's also more comfortable for the head since the head is not being pulled on directly. Also with this grip you can pull much harder and for longer time. I start these pulls standing and stretch for several sets to the sides right then left. I then move to my bed so i can lay down on my back and do them. The best type of stretch with this grip is to grab your penis after pulling your knees to your chest then pull down toward your anus. You can pull straight down in this position and also down and to the right or left. I also do these standing and pulling my penis between my legs from behind the legs. That works the same as lying on a bed or floor. As I said you can pull much harder than with the other type of stretching and with more force than hanging.
If you use the ok grip, try not to put too much pressure directly behind the head on top of the shaft. Over time you could damage the nerves without recognizing it.
As far as the grip I try to focus the pressure more on the sides and my finger and thumb still point down.
