This is what I posted sometime last year. I did this routine religiously for 20 weeks and gained about 3/4" in length and a little over 1/4 in girth. I still do these exercises, but don't have the time to perform them like I did before. Thanks to WillB7 for saving this stuff.

Jelq stroke #1:
The classic palm-down, OK grip jelqing motion. I prefer the slower, more powerful strokes to the quicker ones.
Jelq stroke #2:
After a few minutes of jelqing, or anytime you feel your dick is beginning to get too soft to do an effective jelq, do a strong kegel and grab your shaft at the base with your left hand using the standard OK grip. You can keep kegeling then holding the squeeze on the base until you have your desired level of engorgement for this exercise. It's like having your
penis at it's erect size, but having it be more flexible. You may want to pull the left hand (the one holding the base) forward a bit to engorge the rest of the penis more. Then milk your member forward using your right hand, and keep going with your right hand hile clamping down with your left hand. My head ecomes HUGE after doing this exercise. I usually do
it when I start to lose suffecient engorgement due to fatigue. When I finish my flaccid flopper is much bigger (for now it's temporary, hopefully later permanent gains will occur) than with regular jelq alone. You just have to be carefut not to milk TOO hard.
3) GIRTH exercises, 20-30 minutes
Immediately after my jelq workout when my penis is already nice and stretched and swollen is when I do these exercises. They include:
---The Uli # 3 (see post in Personal Routines section)
---Grabbing the penis at the base with an OK, getting it engorged, and then maintaining the squeeze while adding my middle, ring and pinky fingers so I have it enclosed in my fist. I release and kegel occasionally, pump my hand forward, push down on my head (thanks to Dance for that idea), anything to get it way beyond normal engorgement. Of course I have to switch hands frequently.
4) HOT SHOWER -- I always hold either a Uli or the "fist" exercise above so I am really engorged, and then get in the shower and soak it while holding that last squeeze. I then release and give my wang a good soak and shake it out!!!Alternatively, I sometimes hotwrap while doing those girth exercises.
I am swollen all over my penis after doing this, but especially around the head and just behind it. More than once I have gotten a "donut" effect where the shaft just behind the head is just absolutely huge. I have only been doing this for a couple of weeks and already have noticed a big difference while flaccid.

1) HOT WRAP -- rice sock method, 10 minutes
2) JELQ #1 (see above post)
3) JELQ #2 (see above post)
--steps 2) and 3) usually take up about 15 minutes
together
4) Get a full erection and maintain it for a minute or
so
4) GIRTH EXERCISES (see above post), 15 minutes
5) repeat steps 2) thru 5) for a total of 2 hours
6) end with hot shower in lieu of hot wrap
I seem to be getting better expansion with this
modification. I am now doing my girth exercises
several times throughout my workout rather than having
one long session at the conclusion. I think that
jelqing after doing the girth exercises I have listed
above will take advantage of the recently stretched
blood vessels and be even more beneficial.
Furthermore, It has served to spread out the "swollen"
look of my penis so the "donut" is not quite as
apparent.
Changing up every 15 minutes also keeps things from
getting too monotonous.
