Phat8's jelq routine:
It's hard to explain my favorite jelq. I grab the base hard, and I mean HARD with 100% hard on (level III is fine, doesn't have to be level IV), and I squeeze very very very hard engorging the shaft and head and enlarging the base. Then I push down toward the pubic bone and balls as hard as I can, as if I am tying to pull my penis thru my anus. I can feel the ligs separateing and stretching sometimes and it almost tingles. While I am pushing in as hard as I can with one hand, I take the other hand in an OK grip or better yet a whole hand grip and slowly push toward the head about ten times or so, all the while pulling the base inward against the upward stretch in the opposite direction. Sometimes my cock stretches to gargantuan lengths and thicknesses and it is a hell of a visual turn on. On the tenth squeeze I pump five times at the base of the glans a la the standard Uli. Sometimes I kegel during the routine and sometimes I squeeze the base on evey OK upward thrust.
For some reason, this works as well lying down horizontal than sitting up.
I have selected ten reps, though I do more or less depending, because I begin to lose my hardo on sometimes after ten. Sometimes before ten. I stop, gaze at it, and with my foreskin pulled back I massage back to 100% erection and do it all over again. It for me is just awesome.
This is mostly a wet jelq and is much harder to do maintaining 100% erection without a lube.
But sometimes in my office, with nothing to do, if I feel a 70% plus erection is maintainable without too much effort, with massaging or whatever, I'll do a similar dry jelq version of the above reverse pull jelq, pushing down on the base one way while jelquing up toward the head the opposite way. It can be done without lube, but the strokes must be shortened and you have to watch injury.
