Tomcat's jelq routine:
Jelq every day (preferably twice per day per Uli's workout) with as close to an erection as possible for 15 to 25 minutes each session. When you're done, perform the Uli's. I personally have noticed very nice gains by jelqing with slow reps (3 to 5 seconds, sometimes as long as 8 seconds) and then performing Uli's. The Uli's have an amazing effect when I do 100 or so, so one night I decided to do 10 minutes worth instead of 100. If you jelq super slow for 15 minutes then Uli for 10 minutes, YOU will notice something very cool.
