Q. Is it possible for me to increase my sperm production and semen load without taking <A HREF=http://www.semenax.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=wagner>"Volume Pills"</A>?? Im mainly looking for a way to increaee the thickness or consistency of my semen as it appears to be quite thin lately even withput frequent masturbation. Is this a sign of low sperm count??
Big Al: Actual sperm make up a very small proportion of total seminal volume. Stress, a change of diet, or illness may account for problems that you've been having. You should check with a fertility specialist to see if you have a low sperm count. If you wish to increase the volume and thickness of your ejaculate, you can take lecithin. Lecithin is a "friendly fat" commonly derived from soy or egg yolks, and many men have reported increases in seminal volume by adding lecithin to their diets.
