I wasn't sure if I would repost this, because most people think this is a very dangerous exercise.
I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Modified bruiser 180:
First I start off with about 30-40% erection..
Then I form an ok sign with thumb and index finger and press around base of the dick, shutting the blood in the penis. Then I use a combination of "flopping" the dick around and kegeling to get the dick really hard (when kegeling, I release the grip to make the blood flow in, then press again to keep the blood there).
Soon the dick should be rock hard, the veins on it very pronounced, but still the tissue in your "grip" should be soft. Then, without releasing your grip around the base (and you should press quite hard) start twisting your dick, with both hands.
I don't usually just press the dick between my thighs after gotten it "upside down", cause this just lets the blood out more easily, I just keep pressure with my thumb and index fingertips around the "twisting point" to keep the blood in.
(use your common sense, if it turns blue, you're doing it wrong)
I've found this to be a effective practise (not to mention convenient, I mean, you just got to sit there and watch it grow!), and I've never got any bruising or spotting from it.
With this, I can even manage to do a "bruiser 360"

Very similar to brusier's routine, this time obtaining an *almost* rock hard boner (you will either need some good quality porn *found on the links page) or a morning glory... Tilt your diggler to the side as though entering a full bruiser, but instead of turning a full 180 degrees, have it on it's side at 90 and hold it there with your hand for 30 seconds.. On each other second you need to kegel into it and hold, your penis should be as big and hard as possible.
Tilt your penis to the other side and do this exercise again... Then, sitting on a chair with your woody straight infront of you (needs to be as hard as possible), place your index finger or palm just below the head looking down and push down so the underside of your cock is touching the seat. Lean back and kegel every other second and hold each time. your penis should be ROCK hard at this point and will be looking extremely veiny.
The goal of this exercise is to compound pressure and expand the side walls of your penis increasing width, the holding directly down part of this routine, (and kegeling into it) is to add length, as the kegel in this position will force you to go past your nomal length.
I often do the modified bruiser the first thing when i wake up, my erection is usually in the best shape to do this exercise at that time of day.
