Benson's lig stretch:

Using the 2 fingered "OK" grip, grasp firmly with one hand roughly 1 inch below the head, and the other ok grip about 2 inches above the base with the other hand.
Whilst in this grip, pull your erect penis slowly and gently outwards in the direction you hard on goes. Using this gentle pull, lean the erection directly over to your right until you feel a nice lig stretch and hold for a 30 count. Do this again from the other side, then outwards, upwards and slightly downwards making sure you get a solid ligament stretch from every possible angle.
You must be between 70 - 90 % erect at all times during this, and during each 30 second hold, keep kegeling into it each time ensuring a really good lig stretch.
As with all PE exercise's you need to proceed with extreme care. Make damn sure you know your body 100% before even trying this routine.
I have gained both girth and length from doing this exercise.
