Toilet stretch
I grab a firm palm down grip with thumb just below head and forefinger above, hook my thumb / hand on the front edge of the seat and move / lean back till I acheive the desired tension. I would estimate that I am generating at least 30 lbs of tension for intervals of 30 - 60seconds. Can really feel the ligament attachment point stretching out from above the shaft exiting the body.
If you take the plastic lid up and brace yourself before you sit on the cold china seat, then you have enough room to stretch directly downwards. Wicked stretch!
