Jimbo's Routine(pump,stretch,jelq,flaccid size)

I then got an idea to introduce my vacuum pump into my jelq routine, but instead of a continous pump session, I tried adding a pumping "set" as follows:
1. stretch
2. hot wrap for about 3 min.
3. pump (only to 7 to 8 inches HG MAX on the pressure gauge)
and hold for 2 min. "Kegel" while in the pump for 100
contractions or for a variation, "milk" the pump by ting on it until you raise the pressure by 1hg, hold for 3 seconds and release.
4. perform 100 jelqs.
I then repeat steps 2 to 4 for 5 to 7 sets, finishing up with some stretches.
I noticed that I am LARGER flaccid both in length and thickness after the session using the pump and this effect lasts for HOURS after i am done. I also DO NOT get any of that lymphatic fluid buildup or puffiness that results from a continuous pump session.
I used to pump as my only regimen and built up to what I learned are INSANE :eek: levels of suction (>20 inches HG) and got a lot of puffiness, but no real gains. I think the trick is to pump at a level that JUST EXCEEDS your firmest erection level so that you get a MILD stretching feeling, and then immediately jelqing at that slightly larger size tends to "lock it in". Therefore you might need LESS (or more) than 8 inches HG. to get that feeling depending on the size and/or elasticity of your member (me, just over 9.5" by 6.5" hard).
