Diffrent Girth/squeezes Routine:
The technique of squeezing from ULI 3# used to work the rest of your member.
(you should have no erection)
with one hand grasp behind the head,then kegel AS MUCH BLOOD
AS POSSIBLE into it ,then use your other hand to grasp
at the basis,so that the blood is trapped. Now the area with the trapped blood should be very thick.
Now squeeze (only a BIT ! You should not hurt your veins )with both hands and try ( just try ,do not really move your hands that far) to move them together.This action will make the area (after a good workout) appear much thicker.
Just be careful,this technique can be dangerous,when used to hard.
I use this technique since 1 week,so I can`t tell you if it really works,but perhaps some of you are already using this technique and have comments..
