Kamal's routine (jelq & pulls)
The jelqing motion I use is overhand grip, start in an upwards direction for about 1" then slowly curve downwards to just behind the head, a little extra tug every 5-6 jelqs. I find this seems to help trap alot of blood in my penis, which is already feeling quite fat after the squeezes.
