Somnumbalist's routine for girth & stretches:
Use the reverse OK grip (thumb under) at the base of your cock. Grip very tightly. Release the grip for a kegel to pump blood in, then clamp down again. Repeat until your cock is fully engorged, uncomfortably so. You should not have an erection, your cock should simply be engorged. With the clamped down hand, pull slightly in the direction your erection goes. This may be uncomfortable. If it hurts too much (only you know what too much is), stop. Basically, use common sense. Hold this hand there. With the other hand, loosely grab the cock just behind the head, which should be quite apparent and fully engorged. With this hand, also pull in the direction of your erection. You should feel mild pain as well as a very intense stretch all through your cock. Hold this stretch as long as you can (try 1 or 2 minutes at first, then later try longer. I try to go 5 minutes each stretch.) Release, and repeat the whole process until your cock is pretty sore (Usually takes me 5 or 6 times). Then manually stretch for about 5 minutes, and jelq (not too intensely, about an avg jelq) for about 5 minutes.
