The exercise involves placing my thumbs at the base of my cock so that they are pushing down to the floor (but not forcefully), then I use my first two fingers of each hand, the index finger and the one next to it, to stroke upwards towards my balls pushing blood into the 'root' area and hopefully doing some expansion!

"Closed fist, knuckle up" grip (squeeze):
When I get tired of the OK, I'll put my hand into a closed fist form with knuckles pointed up. Then I grab my dick between my thumb and index finger and pull outward/upward. This doesn't completely encircle the penis, but rather concentrates squeeze on the sides, but still traps some blood. Seems like it really works the side tissues, which I've heard are the major growers and in this postion you can really give a good squeeze.
