Beginning 8-15-01
As close as I can remember, I started at:
fl (hanging loose) 3" average
fg 3"
sfl 5.5 "
elbp 6.5"
elnbp 5.5"
eg base 4 "
eg mid 4"
eg head 3.75"

My first goal: to restore my teenage measurement of 7.5 elbp and at least 4" eb

Long range goal: the proverbial 8x6 and hanging heavy flaccid


My starting program:

4-5 days per week:

Warm up, 10 min.
Stretch. 10 min.
Jelq, 40 min., including 1, 2, and 3.
Stretch
Warm down, jerk off (can't help it)

Kegels while driving or sitting at desk, 300/day

First report due after 2 months, about 10/15/01

Oh, yeah. Some of you also might want to know that I use Lubriderm Unscented lotion (actually, the Kroger generic form) as lube. I don't jelq in the shower, so I don't need a petrol based form. No way I shower for 50 minutes! Anyway, in addition to providing an excellent lube, I really like what this is doing for my dick skin. Big improvement.

Also BTW, I have worn briefs all my life, and complained about poor hang and suptight scrotum. Well, 2 weeks ago, I stopped wearing underwear unless I'm wearing khaki slacks (show slightest little drip or drool [blush]). Now, my scrotum is loose and my balls are hanging better than ever. I can feel my genitals anytime, and am just aware that they are there, which is a great feeling. Highly recommend it. What is underwear for, anyway? Burn the jockeys, I say. :)
