I don't understand how there are guys my height and nationality that have bigger cocks than me.
What makes up penis size and thickness? as I don't understand how guys my height and super skinny and small can be born with a long and thick cock...

I am new to this PE thing, can thickness alone be worked on first? And what is the best and fastest way to a thicker cock? I ordered a year supply of prosolution. And want to get off to a good start. I am average length and my penis is rather skinny. Has anyone been in the exact same position as me? can you tell me a step by step routine to go through that worked great for you? Would love more length, but, really need more thickness, and a bigger head. Please people.
Thanks!

You can concentrate on thickness by doing <A HREF=http://www.forsize.com/members/htm/ap11.htm>the squeeze</A>.

For step by step routines, do a seach on this forum (esp. the Newbie section) or check out the <A HREF=http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=909089-0000&PA=945203>FMO program</A>.

Therv5000,

I would read the FMo guide I recently purchase the prosolution as well but in the past previoulsy purchased pills ( not prosolution) I didnt see that many gains since starting a stretching routine about a year ago I have gotten a pretty good lenght gain but want additioanl girth just like you. I don't think you will get the results you want on the pills alone they help but with cobination of the pills and a good program it makes the gains that much better.

Do I have to go through the basic routine for 3-6 months, as it recommends, before working more on thickness using the squeeze? as it is in the advanced section?

ok, this is my routine right now to start.. Let me know how it is, and if you'd do something different or if I should add something to it...

warm up
Jelquing - 100reps per day 5 times per week
Oriental massage - 5 times per week twice a day.
Kegals - 50, 5-second holds throughout the day - 5 days per week
Towel raises - 20 reps per day/ 5 days per week
Warm down.

Three to six months is a very conservative estimate. Remember to adjust your frequency as stated in the FMO I guide.

Most men can complete the FMO I course (if they stick with it) in 4-6 weeks. After you've completed FMO I, you can move on to more advanced exercises like the squeeze.
