Wow! I started doing PE the first time in 1997(!!!) and haven't had any measurable results after giving up several times.
Now, after 8 weeks and with the help from Big Al, I've gone from 14 cm NBP to 14.5 cm, and from 13 to 13.5 EG! :D
It's not much but it's something and it makes me want to continue doing PE!

Thats still a pretty good increase a 1/4" in 2 months translate to those same gains over a year and your looking at a solid 1 1/2. 5mm may not be much but if you can take it over a long period its awsome!!!!
Congratulations!!! And keep on going. I hope I can report first gains soon too.

Thanks, and keep going you too! It's ridiculous, I started doing PE for the first time in 97, imagine what kind of monster dick I would have had now if I only had continued!!!
Anyway, I thank Big Al for this, without him I would never had gotten the motivation to keep on going now!

Remember, it's not when or how you start, it's how you finish that counts.

Ok, so now I'm seriously depressed... After measuring yesterday I was SMALLER than when I started doing PE. I must have done something wrong while measuring the first times. MAAAAN! :(:(:(

Could it be that you just need a rest from your training? What about your stamina work? Sometimes a trainee can exibit light symptoms of ED from overtraining. This will cause a less-than-optimal measurement.

What the hell King thats no way of training. You cant just give up try changing it up a little or increasing the number of days you PE from 2-3. Get back up of the ground and get going man!!!!

That's the reason for your stagnation right there. "Hoping" won't get you those gains- doing your workouts and sticking to the plan will.

Hey again, well I'm back on track now... I figured that even though I haven't gained girth or length my head size has increased to SOMETHING is obviously happening. :)
Right now I'm almost fighting with my partner about the PE, he gets mad every time I do it (I always do it in the bathtub so he always comes in when I'm taking a bath).
I'm going to focus less on girth and more on length since that is what I really need. I used to start with squeezing and then when I started stretching my hands were so tired that I couldn't go on much longer. I've also starting to walk a lot (about 2 hours a day) and train rowing at the gym so my fat pad has already started to decrease somewhat...

So, back again... The fight with my partner made me almost completely quit PE, it escalated until it became a real problem. This time I'm going to do smaller sessions repeated during the day so I can do them at school or work, I'll let you guys know how it works out!
