I decided to throw this out in General Discussion since no one seemed to pick up on it in my "personal routine" post.

Butt Stretcher is kind of a misnomo because you're not stretching the butt, you're stretching the penis. So, unless someone else has labeled this technique, I will call it a "fowfer".

I have clock several hours in the past 2 months doing this exercise and have gained approx another 1" in flaccid length. I am definitely a shower now with 7" flaccid and 8.125" erect. I started Dec. '99 as a grower with 4.5" flaccid and 7" erect.

The exercise or technique is a simple no hander which makes it ideal while working on the computer or watching TV and is as follow:
1. total softie best but 20-30% would probably work
and a warmup recommended
2. while standing, reach from behind between legs
and grasp head of penis
3. stretch penis as far as possible either up crack
or under check of ass
4. now, gingerly sit down on your outstretched penis
letting your weight retain the stretch
5. release handhold and enjoy a hands free stretch
for a long as you wish(personnally have not gone
over 90 minutes in one sitting)

I don't know whether this will help erect length or not. I have not personnally seem any claimable erect gains from this technique to date.

Good Luck

All my erect gains came prior to the "fowfer". I have been PEing for over a year now and all of the currently claimed erect gains came from periods when I was using other methods of jelqing and stretching. Have stopped all jelqing except uli3. Would still like more head girth.

Thanks Size. I usually do these in WP and transfer over but I didn't have this one. If there is any interest I still have the one on Turnbuckle experiment and one on Volume. I just redid my Personall Routine the best I could since original was only up to Nov. 2000. Lost all the month input since then.

If you still have the stuff on volume, that would be great to see again. I don't know why I didn't save it myself, that was a good post.

That post on volume was on displacement(or cubic area) not emission volume. Just wanted to clarify just in case you were thinking emissions.

Right, displacement volume. I think that belonged in best posts, I might just move it there if it's allright with you.

I wrote this back in January I think. Put it wherever you want it. Did not no where you wanted this so didn't start as new subject.

Some months ago before the PE Forum got crashed back in the summer, someone had started a string on size comparison via cubic inch or volume. I was interested in the subject since I had done some charts on the same subject about a year earlier before I had every heard of this Forum or PE. I was developing my charts as a ploy for a win/win betting situation with a friend. Never got around to presenting that bet but I would have won hands down anyway since I’m was bit above average size to start with. Anyway.........

Let’s say that according to Kinsey report you start at the average size of 5.1"L x 4.9"G You have been a good boy doing your PE with gusto and grown to 5.6"L x 5.4"G
You think, “not bad, I’ve gained 10% but still not very impressive to look at”.

Now, let’s look at it another way....that average 5.1"x4.9"represents 9.75 cu. in. or 5.41 oz. Liquid volume, while 5.6"x5.4" represents 12.99 cu. in. or 7.21 oz. Liquid volume. That is a 33.2% increase in cu. in. or liquid volume. Now doesn’t it make you feel better knowing you have 33% more to give instead of 10%.

A 50% increase would be like 6.1"L x 5.5"G. Girth increases volume faster than length and most partners can take excessive girth easier than excessive length. Needless to say, girth is the way to go to give your partner much more. Here is a quick example :

Girth Gains Example

5.1L4.9G09.75ci5.41oz=Kinsey average
5.1L5.0G10.15ci5.64oz=4.2%gain
1.2L5.1G10.56ci5.87oz=8.4%gain
5.1L5.2G10.98ci6.10oz=12.8%gain
5.1L5.3G11.40ci6.33oz=17.0%gain
5.1L5.4G11.83ci6.57oz=21.4%gain
5.1L5.5G12.27ci6.82oz

Length Gains Example

5.1L4.9G09.75ci5.41oz=Kinsey average
5.2L4.9G09.94ci5.52oz=2.0%gain
5.3L4.9G10.13ci5.63oz=4.1%gain
5.4L4.9G10.32ci5.73oz=5.9%gain
5.5L4.9G10.51ci5.84oz=7.9%gain
5.6L4.9G10.70ci5.95oz=10.0%gain
5.7L4.9G10.89c.6.05oz

Note the volume gain for .5" girth is over twice that of volume gain for .5" length

Why do I show a volume calculation? Simply, because it is a more visual way of see your gain.

For example, take to identical glass, using the volumes listed in para. 2 and 3 above, fill one with 5.41 oz and the other with 7.21 oz of water. The diff. is very obvious and even more so with a smaller dia. glass. Isn’t this easier than trying to visualize 12.99 cu in or a ½" growth in length and girth?

Now, calculate your own volume and compare to the average. For me, I’m very proud with my 8.25"L 6.25"G 25.64cu.in. 14.25oz. which equals 263% above average.
