So, i've been doing this work out, and i switch the order up a bit every week, i've been doing it for a month, any advice.. or help, i haven't seen any thing happen yet..
1.warm up-warm towel 3-5 min
2.jelq- 100 reps
3.stretching-forward for 5 sec, right 5 sec, left 5 sec, down 5 sec, and up for 5 sec for 10 reps
4.Squeezes-50reps
5.kegels-100, 1 sec squeezes
6.warm down- wrap with warm towel for 3-5 min
1.warm up-warm towel 3-5 min

4.Squeezes-50reps
