Hello all,
First off, I'm glad I found this board, and I'm glad that everyone gets support and gets treated with respect. I think that's great.
I am not a newbie to better sex and health, but I am a newbie to my own PE regimen.
First off, bio: I am ~7, ~5. Obviously, as a guy, I'd like to be 10,7... but I have a wife, who doesn't want it much bigger, or longer at least. I am in PE for the girth. I have begun my own regimen that incorporates Uli's technique and some that I've come across that are similar. I know about the wraps, and the massage. Does anyone have any tips for solid girth gain, not too much length?
AND, as promised, I would like to share some of what I've read in recent years about sex/relationship. I know that there is an abundance of knowledge floating around here, and I want to share mine. I'm sure the married men out there will appreciate it.
If you don't know about the PC muscle, it's the best place to start. You'll find info on that here. One thing to add to PC is a 10 second hold at the end of an exercise, squeezing harder near 5, then slowly releasing.
When making love, here are a few tips to last more than 10 mins. (I know, it sucks). Try to take deep breaths (without sounding like a 120 year old cigar smoker), concentrating on your breaths. Focus on each breath, inhaling into your stomach. Called belly-breathing. We all know that you can't breathe into your stomach, but work with me hear. It DOES work.
When you feel you are getting closer to climax, pull firmly, but not too hard (obviously) on your scrotum, downward. Something else that will help near the "Oh Oh Oh phase" is to slow it down, take a deep breath and squeeze the PC muscle really tight for about 5 or more seconds. Use your PC like a "brake".
