View Full Version : Proenhance failure to make refund

I placed an order for 4 months supply of Proenhance patches. I received confirmation of my order on the 19th. of March with a note saying I would be sent a tracking number within 24 to 48 hrs. I was never sent a tracking number. Then on the 3rd. of April I received the following e-mail from Proenhance shipping dept."We will be refunding you for the amount of your order as the customs in your country will not allow it through. Thank you for your patience and undersdtanding in this matter." I have e-mailed them several times to enquire about my refund. I still have not received a reply from them nor have I received a refund. If anyone knows how I can get my refund I would appreciate the advice.

I see that they have a phone number on their website. Have you tried calling them?
