Hello, I am 20 years old, And i have ordered a 2 mounth supple of prosolution pills. And i have started and made a routine today after doin reading. What i main want is length, girth, and a harder erection(stamina i guess you can say)First what i do is take a PS pill 15 minutes before i work out. Then i start as follows.
1) First i will warm up i will put a warm cloth around my penis for 5-10 minutes
2) I Jelq, i milked a 100 times( start off slow because i am new) Now is milking it 100 times to less, should i do more or is that good?. Now it is hard for me not to get an erection while doin this exercice is this okay?.Basically start from base with midly pressure not to much until i reach the head.
3) Kegal, Kegal kind of confuses me i got access to fmo page but it still confuses me, Because to me kegal is like almost trying to get a harder erection or getting hard when i tighten my pc muscle. I do it flacid state and i see my penis jumping a lil, i do it only for 15 second because i am new and this i know fatigues you. I will do it longer as i move on
4)Towel raises i do 4 sets of 5 using a cloth wet, total of 20 and rest in between sets
5)Tention stretch i do at semi erect stage I do is 10 times holding each one for 10 seconds
6)Oreiental message, Basically i just follow the directions( do i do this procces once? or keep repeating it)
7) Squeeze i do it 15 times and hold each for 5 second.
Then finally my cool down i lay in the bath tub in nice warm water
Now can anyone helpe me here? I would like to knwo if this okay i will do this for 2 weeks for 3 days to 4 days a week, then the next 2 weeks i will do it for 5 days, and after that mounth is up should i change my routine?... I would also like to know if someone can tell me how much of erection you should have for each exercie its kind of hard for me not get one. Thank you so much and help it appreciated....

If you're just starting, I would suggest that you revise you routine as follows:
1) Warm up
2) Jelq- up to 100 reps (you should have at least a 50% erection for this exercise- if you need to pause and massage yourself to get more erect, do so)
3) Tension Stretch- no more than 50 if you've been training for less than 6 weeks (done flaccid)
4) Kegels OR towel raises
5) Cool downs
During the first 4-6 weeks, you should try to get familiar with the exercises and build up a strength base. Concentrate on increasing volume- weeks 1-2: do PE once a day, 3 days a week; weeks 3-4: try doing the routine 2 times a day, 3-4 days a week; weeks 5-6: try doing the routine 2 times a day, 4-5 days a week. After that, you should take 1 week off and prepare yourself for the <a href=http://www.forsize.com/members/htm/ap1.htm>advanced routines</a>.

To perform a kegel, simply tighten your PC muscle as if you were trying to control the flow of urine. You should try for up to 50- 5 second holds throughout the day, but remember to start off slowly! This is NOT an area that you want sore from fatigue!
For future reference, please do a search first. Many PE exercises are described on this forum in detail.

Okay i started the new routine today you gave me big al thanks alot. Now with kegaling how many should i do you think?..Im goin to do 5 second tightens to start off with.. How many should i do or this exercise just goes by how many second you hold it for or you can do reps with this 2?

Do reps. Start with with about 5 to 10 reps and work up from there.

An advanced routine would focus on harder exercises with the goal of making daily increases in reps and/or intensity. If you received a membership to <A HREF="http://www.fmoguide.com" target="_blank">FMO Guide</A>, they should have an advanced section for you to check out.

Cool thanks big al, now for my routine i still want girth length and stamina, now... would i do one length exercise, one girth and one stamina still, or should i do 2 length 2 girths. And one stamina.
Now i want your opinion what you think will work best for length, and girth because i did not see any results in the past mounth in half i bein doin the beginners exercises and taken pro solution pills, but i did see a more fuller erection

One length and one girth exercise may be best. For girth, nothing beats <A HREF="http://www.speedpenisenlargement.com/members/advanced.html/#S" target="_blank">squeezes</A>; for length, I'd go with the <A HREF="http://www.speedpenisenlargement.com/members/advanced.html/#TS" target="_blank">Tension Stretch</A>. Follow the advanced routine format (i.e.- constant progression each workout, including stamina work) and remember to take 1 week off every 4-6 weeks.

No, your penis should be flaccid for all stretches unless otherwise indicated.

As long as you keep trying to make progress, you should make gains. Remember, each workout should be harder than the last.

Looks pretty good. Increase the reps daily, and keep a log of ALL of your PE related activities.
