I apologize beforehand if any feel like I'm waiting space. I am conscious of how redundant this forum can be. And after reading much of what is on this site, I thought it might be helpful to review what I have learned in a thorough and concise manner. That way all you have to do is say "yep" or correct me if I'm wrong (I'm new and I'm already annoyed with how many newbies as "what's milking" and the like) I'm hoping to provide that in a compact way, hoping for confirmation.
Warm up. Warm wrap.
VERY IMPORTANT. DO IT! Use a hot, wet rag, or a sock full of nuked rice. 5 to 10 minutes. This is not a waste of time! Some think that it allows these excersizes to work at all and that without it, you wont see the gains you desire!
Kegels, or PC excersizes.
Do it, do it, do it. VERY Healthy. Increases blood flow. Firmer erections because of it. Ejaculate farther. Tense the muscles you use when you cut off peeing before you're done. They're the same muscles that automatically contract when you ejaculate. Begin with a hundred, work up to 1,000 as soon as you are able (this might be very soon). No one can stress the importance or effectiveness of Kegels enough. If nothing else, do these!
Manual Stretches.
Basically, pull on the thing. WHILE FLACID, grip behind the head and pull in any variety of directions (straight out being the obvious one). Hold for 15-30. Repeat. Vary. One important variation is the "V". While pulling outward with one hand, use the other to raise or depress the shaft, creating a "v" shape. One variation in THIS is to move the "v" hand up and down the shaft so the apex, or the "point" is all along the shaft. So, graphically, you have more of an asymetrical "check mark" than a symetrical "v". This is virtually buried within the newbie section, and seems like it deserves more prominence.
Wet Jelquing, also called milking (right?).
Begin with a lubed(many varieties available),somewhat erect penis. Anywhere from 1/2, to 3/4 erect. Don't do it erect (although some will dispute this), it can cause injury to your penis and its veins. Once somewhat erect use an "ok" grip. That is, put you thumb and index finger together, encircle your penis, this ring should be between your body and your remaining fingers (your pinkie shoud be pointing out, not against your balls). With this grip, firmly restrict your penis, and slowly (1-5 seconds, depending) pull outward until you reach your head. At this point, just before releasing, you begin at the base of the penis with the other hand. repeat, alternating hands as you go. Don't clinch the penis too much when you are starting out. Begin gently. You can restrict it much more in a few weeks. If you avoid running over the head, it'll reduce the chances of getting fully erect. Do kegels with this to inject more blood into the penis.
Single handed jelquing
Jelq stroke with only one hand and use the other to grip around the base of the penis, effectively trapping more blood. Dont go crazy.
Dry jelquing
Haven't gotten that far. I understand this to be jelquing on sections of the penis at a time, not the whole shaft. No lube.
Hanging.
Haven't gotten that far. Not for beginners. Use a device, either purchased or your own make, to hang weight from your penis. Effective and should be taken seriously.
Warning signs.
Stop if your penis is very dark or gray! You should not experience any sharp pains, stinging,etc although a comfortable soreness is expected. Small red dots might come to the surface. These are also expected. Soreness and dots disappear in hours to days. You might also experience some ballooning of the tissue. This leaves in hours.
So how have I done? I've just started less than a week ago and want to verify what i've found scattered throughout the newbie forum. Thanks for the site.
