View Full Version : What can I expect to gain?
hey everyone. i recently came across this site and am new to the whole aspect of PE. i'm currently 5 inches erect. in about 2-3 years i want to be 8 inches with a thicker head, but from what i've read, this probably won't happen. what can i realistically expect to gain in a year if i jelq and uli3 for about 15 minutes a day? if i continue to do PE's, is there a limit to how big it can get (i.e. can it never get bigger than 7 inches no matter how much i jelq)
btw do PE exercises interfere with natural growth? (i'm 16 and not sure if i'm done growing or not)
I think mine kept growing until maybe 20. My height certainly did.
At 16 you have high levels of growth hormone and testoterone, so a number of us here think that this might be a one of the best times to do PE.
Provided that you don't go crazy with PE and do physical damage, or there is any other medical condition that you don't know about, or haven't thought about, there should be no problem, but you need to know what you are doing.
There are no known problems HERE with natural growth, but we are only amateurs here, so don't really know for sure. Therefore at your age you do need to be careful. If we "over 21s" mess up our dicks than we only have ourselves to blame.
I imagine that you are really curious , and most guys want a bigger dick, so no amount of anyone saying "wait until you are a legal adult" will stop many, so if you are in this situation, READ, READ, READ all the stuff here and come up with some gentle stuff in the beginning. Your tendons and erectile tissue etchave to get used to the milking and stretching. Ask some more questions as you get more knowledge.
We somehow get a kick out of answering..
Even with just manual techniques some growth will keep happening, though I think it's understood that probably the ligaments thicken up with jelquing and manual stretching and get so strong that these methods can't stretch them any more, and when much more experienced than you are now, guys go on to hang weights.
It's difficult to say what gains you will get. Everyone is different.
Hope this helps.

This has got to be one of the top 3 burning newbie questions (is it possible? -> what can I gain? -> how to do it?) and is probably worth a bit of looking into if you really want to know what to expect, and I know I did. First off, in the Links section of this board there is a data page (or 2?) where you can get a brief rundown on the gains of a large number of people over time. You can also do this by going through the Progress Reports and Routines sections. This takes a bit of time but can give you a much better idea of what works, how much it works, and how long it takes.
With that said, I'll go way out on a limb and guess (based on reading this and other boards for almost 3 years) that IF you put in a sufficient amount of effort over a sufficient amount of time, you can reasonably expect to gain something like 1" in length and .5" in girth. This is a pretty conservative guess and some have done better, but from what I can recall its something close to the average gain for people who have put a credible amount of work into it. Optimism is all well and good but if you start out thinking "I gotta gain 2" by christmas" of "12x8 or BUST" I think you're setting yourself up for dissappointment and/or injury. We've all seen those "Gain four inches in two weeks!" ads but let's face it, those are bait.
As mentioned above, there are so many factors involved that nobody can really give a concrete answer to the question. Things like age, diet, fitness, health, starting size, (etc etc etc) all probably affect it to varying degrees.
The most relevant variable is the amount of stress you put on the penis during whatever your routine is, and the length of the routine. (Work = Force x Time ) Its also very difficult to quantify this precisely because we all vary in exactly how we work it out. That is to say, one guy's "manual stretch" might be done with enough force to pull a truck, and someone else's wouldn't open a refrigerator. You can't expect much, if anything, without regularly doing a routine that will stress it enough to prompt growth, and that needs to continue over enough time, anywhere from 2-12 months might be a rough time range.
Anyway, to summarize: it varies. :)
Good luck
