View Full Version : Hot Wrap and Manual Stretch Questions

I decided to try and get familair with some basic exercises today, including the hot wrap warm up. Now I hear people recommend a 10 minute hot wrap warm up. But whenever I heat my wash cloth up, it only stays "Hot" for about 3 minutes. Do you continue to heat it up until the time it's on your crotch adds up to 10 minutes or am I doing something wrong?

On the manual stretch. I also hear people mentioning things in their personal routines such as "10 minute manual stretch" and in the FAQ it recommends stretching for only 15 seconds at a time. does the time where you relax your hand and slap your penis against your leg to recirculate blood flow factor into the 10 minutes or do you time halt when you rest? I don't wanna slack off so that's why I'm asking

Sort of dumb questions but I'm very new to this and any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Don't make it too complicated. 10 minutes total time on each will be fine. Take it easy on the stretching at first. Give your unit time to get accustomed to the new demands being put on it.

About the stretch, yes that's right. Just keep re-wetting it. Also you can get regular rice and put it in a sock and heat it in the microwave for about a minute. This will heat you up real well for the time. I don't think it really has to be a total of 10 minutes.

Yeah you can pull for 15 seconds or 30 in each direction.
