View Full Version : Need some help figuring out a good routine l/g with hanging

Hi guys,

I want to start PE right now.
So i have some questions to you.
I already bought the Bib hanger Starter model and now i want to begin.

My question are:

1.How should a good routine look like?
After having read a lot it seems this one could be a nice choice:

>a short warmup (light jelqs or hotwrap)
>jelqing for maybe 15 minutes, medium-hard stroke
>3 sessions of hanging, each 15 minutes long (5 mins break in between each with light jelqing) with increasing weight from day week to week

Would that be fine?

Will this provide length and girth gains?

2. Nutrition

Should i take vitamine supplements to get a good platform for Peing?

Well congrats on getting the new hanger. I have not came to the newbies section here for a while so I am glad to help you out here. First I think you should save the jelqing until after the hanging. There is nothing wrong with having 20 minute sets instead of 15. Maybe a 10 minute break is more realistic after a while. It takes time to take it off, jelq a minute or two, relax and let circulation be restored and re-wrap etc. Then you can do the jelqing afterwards. Also I sest working on ulies. Read some posts on those and work with them. So I say,

Hot wrap and manually stretch a little to warm up.
Hang for 20 min sets.
Jelq afterwards and do ulies as well.

Look at the best posts section and read from the last page to the first and look at all the posts between Phat and I. Either he wrote to me or visa versa. Then you will see more of a hanging philosophy. There is much more to it but you will be on the right track. Then keep reading and working on perfecting your technique. Also ask questions. Nothing wrong with specific hanging questions in the general area also.
