I have been using max xtender for a few months now, I have noticed a little increas in length and girth at the base of the penis. is this the area of the penis where one should notice the increase? I use the device about 3 hours daily.

You should notice growth evenly. How exactly are you measuring?

I guess the best way to measure gain in my case is that my girl noticed it. I got the max xtender and began using it without telling her about it. Last week she told me that she thought i am using some kind of penis pills or something. I didnt say a word. Like she wanted to find out what i was doing. Well there you have it. The best testimonial that its working. I want to get another extender that i can use for more hours. I live down in mexico. Here on the mexican ebay i can get vesco, andropenis and megasizer. I would like to know whether megasizer is about the same size as vesco and andro and that its easy to wear. I cannot use max xtender for more hours due to its big size. Megasizer costs 140 dollars while vesco 220 and andro around 280. Is it worth it to get the megasizer and save the cash on the price for it? if you tell me its just the same size as vesco or andro i will get it. It seems to be just the same quality.

I'm familiar with the Andro models but I have no personal experience with any of those other extenders. Regardless of the extender model, you should be taking a break every 15-20 minutes or so. Check out the devices section (http://www.peforum.net/htm/devices.htm) for more info.

You should be recording all of your measurements as well as writing down your workouts. That way you get feedback and know if what you're doing is working or not.

Thats the reason why i want to get a megasizer which looks just as the same as andro or vesco or pro extender. Could you just take a look at megasizer and tell me what you think of it. I just checked their order page and "Mexico" is covered. They send orders anywhere in the world. You can use just about any similar model extender to get the job done.
