Hey I just started Jelqing today and would like to het some advice.

I am 6.75" and am just trying to get to 7"-7.25", so Im not sure if I really need to do anything too advanced. Right now I am doing 10 min warm up, then jelq for 15 min, followed by a 10 min cooldown. I was thinking I should do it 3 days on and one day off. Is this a good strategy? If not, can someone help me out so I can get the most efficient workout.
