View Full Version : Uli's3 vs Jelqing, need advice need your opinion's

I've been doing pe for like 9 day's now and been trying all the techiqe's just tried Uli's and it seem very very effective just from doing 10+ painful pull's i get almost the same workout as if i were doing afew hours of jelqing.

Does Uli's also increases length? why should i coutiinue jelqing?

You'll get a much better idea --FOR YOURSELF--- of all of the aspects of PE if you read all of the posts that interest you in FAQ, and guys routines and progress reports, amke notes and work out for yourself what to do. Then stick with it for wekks at a time and see what gains you get.

I do jelquing and Ulis kind of together after hanging-- for about 10 -15 mins.

Ulis are mostly for thickness. Most people get some length gains from jelquing, especially in the beginning, and thickness- girth as well.

Ulies create a great internal pressure and stretch. In my opinion if done correctly the pressure and stretch is greater. Jelqing can also create something similar, but it is useful for overall circulation and working of the veins etc. So even if you found that ulies are your main emphasis, the reason you should not forget jelqing is because it is great for overall circulation and penis health. It will also give you girth too. The uli is more for upper shaft and head girth.
