Alright I have been looking at this site for the past week and it has made me a little more comfortable with trying out PE.
I still don't know a lot of things
my size is as follows
Erect Length
5" or 5.4" bone press
Erect Girth
4.75" mid 5" base

my goals a year from now are
8" Length
6" Girth

Can you please make some recommendations on the fastest and safest way to achieve this.

Also, I heard a commercial on the radio for
Enzyte
not sure if I am allowed to post this but it was at
www.lifekeyinc.com
They have a number of products with a 300% money back guarantee

I don't know if this is a hoax, but it looks like they post ingredients, half of which I don't even know about.

Can someone tell me if this is a hoax or not?
also a lot of people say that these so called Penis Pills are crap, but it sounds to me like they could be good use in conjunction with PE exercises
I mean, a big part is blood flow and concentrated blood flow in the penis right?

This is my first post so sorry if I broke any rules
anyway my goals are
8" erect length
6" erect girth
please let me know what the fastest and safest way to produce these results are
Thanks
Eric

Well to begin with, any goal in life should be both attainable and also a stretch. I don't believe you can do it in a year. Oh yeah some guys will come here and say otherwise, but what is the norm and realistic? It is going to take you years, and you can't even be sure it will happen then. If you are lucky then one inch a year for length would be great. Anyway, there are lots of opinions here. Mine is to focus on either length or girth for now. Probably length. Hang, hang, hang, and get an inch or so and then work out girth girth girth. Oh sure you can do both but if you really want to totally work the hell out of it, and put as much stress as possible, then it is very difficult to do both. What I mean is that if you really work for girth, I mean REALLY, then you will be too sore to hang the next day. You can do a big length routine and small girth etc and then switch. Get the bib and start hanging. You can work on perfecting a jelqing and uli technique without going overboard so you can't hang the next day. It takes time to perfect these. Then you can advance from there. Too much advice in the beginning and you will not know where to start. Just like anything else in life perfect the basics and then move on. That is my advice for now.
