Hey all,

New to the forum and decided to give PE a shot. I created my own routine to follow and I will start this program tomorrow. Just wanted to post it up here and see if any of the vets can touch it up. I'm basically looking to add length, I have above average girth. My goal is to gain 1 to 1.5 inches in length. I understand that Kegels are a very important exercise when it comes to PE and I plan on making them a major part of my routine. I have PE'd in the past but only did so for about 2weeks. I actually noticed gains, but more in girth. I really want to focus on length this time around and I want to stick with the program for at least a year. I had a few issues last time I PE'd and I will list them after I show my PE program.

PE PROGRAM - MONTH #1

Warmup w/ Heat Pad for 15min (semi-erect state)

Penile Slapping for 200-300reps (60-80% erect)

Stretches - I'm lost here. Never really did stretches before. What do you guys recommend for a newbie?

Jelqing for 20min (60-80% erect)

Kegels for 50reps of 2sec holds.

Cool down w/ Heat Pad for 15min


I plan on starting 2 days on 1 day off cycle. By the second week I want to go to 3/1 and for the third week 4/1. I will probably increase the reps after each week slightly for each exercise. But I will pretty much follow this routine for the first month and then perhaps incorporate some new stretches. I also have 2 months worth of ProSolution and plan on trying them out to supplement my PE program.

One of the problems I encountered last time I PE'd was that I noticed after 2 weeks or so that I had some premature problems when having sex. I think it had to with the kegels I was doing. Thats what made me originally stop my entire PE program. Also it was very hard for me to jelq at lower erection levels and I felt more comfortable jelqing at higher levels (80%). But that won't help what I want and that's length! Lastly is masturbating during PE to achieve certain erection levels a bad thing? For example, if I noticed my erection level was to low to do a proper jelq.. I would masturbate to get to the appropriate erection level.

Any help or advice on my routine would be greatly appreciated!

A good sign that you're overtraining is if your erections start to suffer or if your sexual prowess has declined (it should get better). You may want to do some "Stop and Starts" to improve your stamina.

There's nothing better for length than stretches. There's an excellent beginner's stretching exercise outlined in the link above.

Massaging the penis to get the right erection level is often a necessity and not a bad thing at all. In time, you'll be able to achieve enough control to maintain the level of erection you require.

I found it easier to do stretching while I'm taking a hot shower. Is that recommended? I was also going to post my results on here after my first six weeks, maybe get some more advice from you when the time comes. Thanks Big Al!

You can stretch in the shower. The hot water will help you get a better workout.

I've done alot of research and it seems like there are no negative effects. I also wanted to know if my body would become dependant on them if I take them for 2-3months. So do you recommend taking ProSolution pills to supplement my routine? And are there any known setbacks by taking them?

- I noticed that 2 nights in a row Tuesday & Wednesday I actually ejaculated in the middle of the night... only happened to me a few times in the past..

I've heard good things about them :) They shouldn't have any negative effects on your health. They're best taken several minutes before your workout or sexual activities. Take them for a few weeks at a time then cycle off of them. You should be taking notes indicating how they affect you and your workouts.

Yes after I started taking them on Monday, Tuesday/Wednesday it happened. But I also haven't had sex in about a week or two maybe thats why. If it continues to happen I will post on here. I just woke up and noticed my morning wood was weaker then usual. Is this a sign of over training, to be honest I followed the link but... I kind of got a little carried away with the jelqing =o My erections are also alot weaker. I noticed there is some slight discomfort in my ligs when I try to stretch as well. Should I take a break till Monday? What do you recommend?

You should do all of your stretches flaccid unless otherwise indicated. SOme parts of the OM require a semi-erection.

No- for the basic routine do up to 100 reps. If you can do 100 reps just increase the intensity.

You should take a few days off until your erections return to normal. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 days.

Now following the newbie routine like you said Big Al. Only real issue with the routine is the stretching. I can't seem to get a good enough grip when I am completely flaccid. I also find grabbing by the shaft is alot easier then right behind the head glans. Jelqing is fine other then the fact that I prefer jelqing upwards then down. Not sure which you recommend but I also like jelqing at higher erection levels. Once again I'm really looking for more length then girth since I'm avg in the girth area. So would jelqing downwards be alot better for length? and perhaps even lower erection levels? Also are there any other stretches you recommend other then the ones in the newbie routine because I cant seem to perform those ones at all. If not what can I do to perform these stretches with greater efficiency. Thanks for the help Big Al!

PS: My erections are back to normal and my lig pain is gone. I'm truly serious about this program and I want to PE for years to come. I feel stretching will be my biggest obstacle to overcome with PE. I appreciate all the help!

Hi Bob I think it was Kegals that gave you premature problems. You probably just over did it, work into it slowly.
The low erection Jelq is more associated with length increase.
I have only ever jelqed upward.
What problems are you having with stretching?

Pegasus is giving you some sound advice.

To get a better grip, use a small cotton towel. Besides giving you a good grip it'll also pad your penis and protect the skin from the stretches.

Jelqing downwards will stretch the ligs more. Erection levels between 50 and 80% are optimal for jelqing.

I generally don't recomend advanced stretches unless there's a serious problem. Give the towel a try and let us know how it works for you.

Well I'm going into week 3 today and I haven't noticed any changes yet. I do notice my erections are a little weaker but rest from PE seems to help that. I am reducing my PE intensity this week because of the weaker erections as of late. I've encountered a few issues that I would like to share with you guys.

1. The biggest issue seems to be my foreskin. I am uncircumsized and I find it very hard to stretch or jelq with my foreskin. I try to keep pulling back on it during Jelqs but its very very hard. I was wondering if its a huge problem if I Jelq with my foreskin not completely pulled back as it almost impossible to do so. Also I wanted to know where I should be grabbing during stretches. I know its supposed to be about a half inch from your glans, but I find I feel a better stretch in my ligs when i grab closer to my shaft. What is the goal of stretches? To stretch where my ligs connect to my penis or to stretch my head? I notice that when I pull my foreskin back on alot of these exercise I experience a whole lot difficulty and discomfort.

- Basically I pull back on my foreskin for all exercises but I dont know if I pull back on it enough and if it really effects the effectiveness of the exercises. I'm going 2 days on / 1 off this week for 4 times. I will update later in the week!

Ok Bob.
I dry Jelq pulling the skin back as I return my hand. I do not however push the blood back, my touch is light. I know some guys jelq without pulling the skin back at any point, they don't seem to have problems. Personally I am concerned that this would stretch my foreskin. I pull the foreskin back and stretch from just below the glans. Sorry have never had a problem. I am just certain to pull the foreskin below where I am going to grasp it.

Pegasus answered the stretching portion of your questions quite nicely :)

If pulling back the excess skin during your jelqs is an issue, try using an extra thick lube like Vaseline. This will minimize any skin catching and should give you an interference-free stroke.

Hey guys,

Moving onto Week 3/4 of newbie program. Starting to settle into a routine now and have a few questions/concerns. First off I haven't seen any real gains as of yet but I won't let that frustrate me as I believe proper PE can work. That being said my erections have been slightly weaker then usual since I started PE and I do take days rest when I notice they are. Just wondering if there are any newbie type exercises I can put implement into my routine to make my erections strong again. One thing I did notice is that I had a rock hard erection a few days ago when having sex and even got comments about it. It was the first time in a while that I was that hard.

I'm almost finished my 2 month supply of ProSolution Pills and I must say I'm very dissapointed. I did not notice any "harder erections" or "increased blood flow", if anything it seems as if these pills were just placebos... They are official pills so I didn't get scammed. I spent a hefty amount on them and I just wanted to let people know about my experience with them.

This is my first week on the 4 day routine. I currently Jelq for about 20min (i.e. 10min with 70-80% erection, 10min downwards with 50-60% erection). I then do some stretches for about 20min (down, left, right, up, straight out, and milk). I usually do these while I take a hot shower after Jelqing. My stretches have improved but I had a question regarding the grip. My grip is much better now because of your tips but I noticed 2 different feelings when I stretch. When I grip just below my glands and stretch, I feel alot more pressure in the penis head then in my ligs near my base. But when I grip lower down towards my shaft, I feel a much greater stretch in my ligs near the base. Are both of these stretches good? Any help would be great!

PS: I have been getting 6-7 hours of sleep for a while now and my sleeping patterns are out of whack. Could that be a reason for the weaker erections? I also have been doing my PE more @ night before going to bed since I have alot more privacy then, is that a bad time to PE?

Your goal should be to stretch the entire penis. Play with the angles a bit- you should find your best stretch with your penis pulled downwards and a bit out, and with your hips thrust slightly forward.

Yes. A lack of sleep can cause stress, affect your energy and libido, and can also negatively affect your hormone levels. If you can sneak in a small nap throughout the day it could help a lot.

Week 4/5:

Last week went very well, had some really good PE sessions. My stretches and jelqs are slowly getting better and I feel like I'm finding a groove. I have discovered that jelqing at a higher erection level (70-80%) feels most productive and stretching after a hot shower is easiest. I've experimented jelqing at lower erection levels but noticed it feels nowhere close to as productive as jelqing at a higher EQ. Once again I'm strictly looking for length, so is it bad that I'm jelqing at 70-80% EQ if it feels more effective?

Here is my current routine for the week:

Warmup w/ Heat Pad for 10min
Jelq @ 70-80% EQ for 100reps or 10-15min
Stretches for 10-15min (up,down,left,right,straight out)
Kegel 50x a day for 5secs hold

Basically follows the newbie routine you provided me with. I was just wondering when and if I should be implementing new exercises or increase time? For example is the time I spend on stretches and jelqing long enough for being in week 4/5 of the newbie routine.

You're welcome :) Go with what "feels" more effective, but make sure you're keeping track of what you're doing in your journal. That way in a few weeks you'll know if that particular change was effective.

But I noticed even after stopping the kegeling for a while, sex is still ending prematurely. For my next week starting on Monday I will be PEing for 5times and I will be increasing my stretch time and decreasing my jelqing. So most likely 15min of jelq and 20min of stretching.

Only question I have is if there is any advice on how I can improve my EQ or stamina for sex. I know kegeling is key but it seemed to make everything even worse. Thanks for the support!

Do you feel exhausted from your routines? Have you tried doing the "Stop and start"? It should vastly improve your condition.

Before I begin a new routine, I am going to try to PE 5 times this week starting tomorrow, and even twice a day if possible. If I could handle this load, I feel I will be ready for a new an advanced routine. What do you think Big Al? If so, can you perhaps give me an outline for a new routine targeted towards length gains? Also I notice that my glans are quite small in comparison to my shaft, is there a way that I can work on my head specifically? Thanks for all the help!

- In terms of if I have had any results thus far, the answer is nothing truly noticeable. But it's not going to discourage me because I know this can work.

If you can handle 2 weeks of 5x a week, 2x a day then you'll be ready.
