One thing that doesn't get talked about too much and should is what you should do before you start a PE regimen. There are some guidelines that should be followed. Here are some sestions:

-Get a thorough check up and physical. This may seem inconvenient, but if you have any preexisting penile issues they may be exacerbated by PE exercises. If you have any genital anomalies get them resolved before starting PE.

-Make a shift towards a healthier lifestyle. Having a bigger, healthier penis is great, but it should also be accompanied by a healthier body. If you're overweight and/or out of shape, now would be a good time to start on a fitness program (that includes tuning up your diet) as well as a PE regimen.

-Set reasonable goals. You're not going to notice a huge difference overnight, but if you stick to the routine and make an effort to challenge yourself, you'll be surprised at the improvements you'll make. Establish some short, medium, and long term goals and give yourself some time to achieve them.

-Balance your routine. Men that perform size exercises and ignore the other movements can experience injuries, lack of progress, and symptoms of ED. When you write up your PE schedule, include warm ups, cool downs, and stamina work. The "size" exercises should be secondary to this, since penile health and function should be your primary concern. A bigger penis is also going to require stronger blood flow, so these exercises are necessary to ensure optimal penile function.

-Moderation is the key. Trying to do too much or move too fast will only increase the risk of injury and almost never yields quicker results. Move to the next step only when you're ready for it. Having a little patience will ensure that your penis gets larger and fitter SAFELY.

If you have any sestions please post them here.

Great post Al.
Lowering bodyfat, should decrease the pubic fat pad and have direct pe benifit.
There has been a lot of discussion on another forum lately, about improved fitness/health having pe benifit.

It certainly does. Cardiovascular health is also very important for optimizing your sexual function.

Yes.
Do you think the increased blood flow, has direct pe benifit?

I think increased blood flow is vital to successful PE. If your penis is getting larger, you're going to need better blood flow just to maintain the same level of hardness. Of course, the goal should be for improved erections. That's why if you're going to do something for your penis, it should be stamina work.
