I just joined here- I am kind of confused as to what type of routine I should use as a beginner?

I am a newbie too since I have not been doing this for more than 2 months. I'm sure you have already found a routine by reading these boards but let me note a few things.
1. Never ever start excercises without warming up your member first. Hot wrap or hot water would do for that.
2. Do not put pressure to it straight from the first week. Take it slowly and l i s t e n to your b o d y. This is extremely important.
3. I still do not feel comfortable with the idea of hanging since i can achieve good stretch manualy, so I would go for:
a) hot wrap(water) (5 minutes is enough for me),
b) manual stretching (start with 10min. I've never done more than 30 min.),
c) milking (start with 15min. Never done more than 40min.)
This is my routine and gains are coming ;>

PS. I've tried both dry milking and milking with a lube (oil) and I prefer the second.
