Hello everyone,
I just started the PE exercise two days ago.
The follwing is my routine:
10 minutes hotwrap.
15 minutes Length Xtender
600 Jelq
10 minutes hotwrap.
The first day's exercise seems well.
But after the second day's exercise, I met some problems.
1. I felt a pang that I can't bear when I piss after I have finished the excise.
2. My foreskin was not cut. I don't know when should I stop jelq. should I stop just when I touched the head ,or after I
passed the whole head?. I select the second method. So each
time I jelq, my foreskin stretch very long and fully cover the head. Almost a whole day after the excise, my foreskin
cover the head completely. It make me very uncomfortable.
It seems that the foreskin grows more quickly then the dick. I am afraid that might cause some illness.
I have stopped the excise to avoid more harm . I hope you can solve my problems. thanks.
