Sorry ahead of time for starting a thread that has already been posted 1000s times already I`m sure, but I would just like to know what is the best exercise for lenght gains and if possible a link to a video showing how to do them would be great.

I have already started doing squeezes as of yesterday, did ten five second holds and plan on doing them five times a week increasing the amount of reps with each passing week, but for lenght gains I am at a loss as to what I should be doing.

I am currently 7.5 inches in lenght and 5.5 in girth when erect although I have gone up to 8 inches in lenght on a few occasions when extremely aroused and this without ever having done any PE exercises before, but would I like to go up to a natural 8 by 6 if possible, are these gains attainable within a 6 month timespan if I stick to a regular routine?

Any info and sestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would sest the "Tension Stretch" or "Ruler Stretch". You can find a list of length exercises starting here (http://www.forsize.com/members/htm/ap1.htm). You'll find videos for almost all of the exercises in the course here (http://www.peforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8843).

Hi Big Al, I'm interested in adding the tension stretch to my work out routine. I've watched the video of the tension stretch several times, but I'm still unsure of the proper way to do the exercise. I know form is key and I don't want to risk injury by doing the exercise improperly. I understand that your website has more information. Unfortunately times are tough, but I plan on rounding up some funds next month to sign up to get more in depth instruction of PE exercises. In the meantime could you shed some light on the proper hand positioning and technique for the tension stretch?

To do the tension Stretch, make sure that your penis is completely dry and flaccid. Before securing your grip an inch or so below the glans, make sure to retract any excess skin. From there, use only as tight a grip as necessary to do the stretch. You're to stretch in building intensity for 10 seconds, then hold for another 10 seconds.
