View Full Version : Noobus-Maximus, i just started and i need some advice
Introducion, im from canada, alberta im 16 years old this is my first major post and i got more then enough time to add improvements/additiions to this routine. I've done PE befor like 12 months ago but gave it up very quicky but i kept on doing dry jelq somewhat befor i masterbaited kinda gave me a bigger hardon.
But now im serious and made up my own routine been doing it for 3 days now and had pretty good gain but its very unsafe as you would probably say and i was wondering what would be the consequences of it.
My routine starts with hot wraps i do them at the beginning and end of every session well i wouldn't really call it hot wraps all i do is run hot water over my penis for afew minutes wondering if thats okay or just as effective as a wrap?.
All i do is Jelq i do jelq 3 thousands strokes devided into 3 session i do each one 6 hours apart also started
doing kegal unsure about this part i do 100 flexes after each session of jelq.. And i do stretching muilti tasking with the kegal
Heres is all the injuries i've been experiencing the glan of my penis is kinda redish purple but it doesn't really hurt the thing that really hurts is the bases of my penis its feels kinda sore i think its from the hair first day i did this i didn't shalve my pubic hair there also some red marks on my penis but there hardly noticable
sometimes when i jelq some white spots appear but after 30 secends or so they disappear.
Thats all the injuries i experiences they don't looks quiet serious to me should i be more concerned?
Heh, Im not sure about this but when i started i was 6.75 bone pressed now im like 7.25 crazy huh im gonna coutiune doing this routine for 5 day's and take a break vice versa.
I dunno how to do the other messurement's girth etc,.
I kinda want more girth i already have a huge glan but i want bigger once i figger out how to messure it i'll post it uhh i want more lenth but i don't wanna hang weight the first time i tried it i made a custom bib it hurt like hell then the ciriclation went away and was cold and numb and putting it on was the hard part took like 20 minutes to put on half the time it falled off, you guyes have more successful atemps with a bib? i would buy one but i dun want my parents to finded out im doing this lolz thank god there never on the computer.

Noobus, you seem to be taking to jelquing with a lot of "gusto" ....3000 strokes--- be Jes.... Be careful not to overdo it.....
Your jelquing "injuries" are typical of my experience and what others have talked about here-- excepting that I don't know about the white spots. We all seemed to have survived....so far, :-) :-).

You should leave your dick alone till it stops growing on it's own your already a nice size and you will get bigger, don't hurt yourself you could screw up yourself for life. I know your not going to listen to me so just be careful when your 16 you don't have much patience and pe is a long time thing.

Im jelqing with a full erection but i find it difficult to squeezes hard enough i apply as much pressure as i can i feel the stress in the glan when i do it but doesn't feel that effective i dunno i guess thats becauses it fully erect. on day 4 i slip into masterbation mode the last 2 session goinna give it another try tomorrow /

Derrik, it's not good ATALL to jelq with a full erection--- excepting that at your age you only probably have to think "big dick" and there it is-- hard as a rock.
You have identified the problem-- you can't really get enough force there to stretch it any more because it is already too hard and resistant.
BUT DON'T PRESS OR JELQ -- "HARDER" AS THE CHANCES OF RUPTURING SOMETHING --- HURTING YOURSELF AND POSSIBLY NEEDING MEDICAL ATTENTION--- ARE MUCH HIGHER WITH A FULL ERECTION.
Start with it only a bit "up" and if it gets erect try to work out ways to make it subside while you're doing it. Think about polishing the car, doing the washing up for 100 people, your maths homework, --- or as a varation on what someone else said the other day-- your grandmother shitting, anything to get it to go down while you are gently jelquing it and as the erection subsides, go harder.
If you have to stop jelquing for a few minutes to get it to go down, I really think you need to do that.
Once you and your dick get into the routine, --hopefully-- even with the male hormones running around in your body-- it should get the message.
About 2/3- 3/4 of erection is what I find ideal--- you can really work on that.

Yeah, i think your right i might just cut the routine down too 1000 strokes and just have 1 session. a day 3 session just require too much deication and will power to touture your body that much i kinda did hurt my self got a shape pain after today probably go away quickly wasn't the first time i incountered this.

I have been watching this board since January this year. I started about 5.75 Inches or 14.6 cm ELBP. As I am cut I first had to stretch the fore skin so I started with light Jelqing. I did this with a lotion for lub. I did a morning and evening routine for about 20 - 30 minutes. I never did count the number of strokes. Now I know the problem of keeping the erection to about 75 - 80% this is important and at your ages this is tuff to do. One the other hand I have the opposite problem. I have to work at keeping it at that percentage.
My experence is to do the OK palm down jelq method. I would usually do about 5 with one hand and then switch to the other hand. Do not squeeze too had at first as damage can be done. Its like exercise, start slow and then work up the routine. After about 6 weeks of using lotion I then started jelqing dry. This pulled the skin even more. When they cut me at birth the SOB doctor really niped the foreskin short. When I got good wood it would actually pull the skin very tight. When masterbating it was hard to get a good stroke. I also started to do some stretches at this time. using the OK palm down grip I would stretch down both left/right. using the OK palm up I would stretch upwards to my navel both left/right. This I would do for about 5 minutes before my hands would tire. At first it took both hands to get enough pull long enough. I tried to keep each stretch to 30 seconds. Sounds short but it's not.
After about 3 months of just these routines I started a more intense and slower jelq. This forces more blood into the top of the shaft and head. If I overworked this routine I would see red spots on the head and upper shaft. I then either rested for a day or two or did light jelqing.
Remember to give your self rest days. Important Important Important. I would usually do 2 days on and 1 day off. On occasion I would go 5 days on but then take the next 2 - 3 days off. You are best to tell what needs to be done as your penis will tell you. By the end of May my measurements were 6.5 inchs or 16.5 cm ELBP and 5.5 inchs or 14 cm EG Average.
One thing that I noticed was the shaft was larger at the head then at the base. I have since resolved this problem. Also do keglas or PC exercises. I do about 50 - 100 a day now. At first the muscle would tire easily so I stated at 25 and worked myself up. I now try to hold each contraction for about 3 seconds and do them in sets of 25 or 50. To solve the smaller base problem as stated above, when I jelq now, about half way up I do a kegal and hold it for the rest of the jelq. This forces blood into the base, as you force blood into the top half. Sort of like a 2 for 1 sale.
I plateaued from June to July with no real gains. Now I do my own modified Uli. I get that 75 - 80% erection and squeeze at the base to force blood into the upper shaft (use OK palm down). Then I start a squeeze with my middle and ring fingers to further increase the pressure. THIS CAN BE EXTREEMLY DANGEROUS AS ONE CAN RUPTURE ONE'S SELF. Then as the pressure decreases, as blood flows from the upper shaft, to slowly (while maintaining the grip) move my OK grip a little further up the shaft and squeese again with the 3 and 4 fingers. I do this until I reach the head. About half way throught the exercise I will do a hard kegal and try to hold it through the rest of the rep. I can only do one rep with each hand as the hand gets tired and weak. I then change hands and repeat the exercise. I try to do about 5 with each hand (10 altogether). By then your cock will be pritty sore and it may show some red spots. For me a few are fine but if I over do it and get a lot of spots then its rest for 1 - 2 days.
In july I purchased the new Bib hanger and have been using this now. I have not measured since July 1 and I will not until October 1. That will give me about 3 months so we will see if I have broke the plateau I have been on. I think I have, as my wife says that I hit bottom more often than before. The jury is out until October 1st. If I have gained I will surly tell this board and thank Bib personally.
I enjoy this board very much and there are many members here that have a lot more experence that I have. They can offer many insights into many areas that I cannot. That is the great thing about this board. Dance, Bib, Pumpin, Sizemister and, oh so many more, have helped a lot of us with our questions etc. I do sest that if you have a question try to look through all the threads that are posted here in the FAQ section and the general section. If the answers cannot be found, then ask the questions. Above all else ask the board before you experment with something new that could be dangerous. Our penises are for life and I for one want to keep mine in tip-top shape.
Unfortunatly a short time ago some ignorant bastard (Troll) destroyed the General section as it had up to 20 pages of some real good stuff. But that will all come back over time.
Enjoyed talking to you guys and keep at PE. It works! Some time ago there was a discussion about "should I tell my friends" about this board. Some thought if they did they might become a joke with their peers, others thought why should I tell my friends and then they compete with my "new" size. Personally I like to think that I own the secret and will be the envy of others. Let them figure it out for themselves, if they can. I know when I was 19, a buddy of mine was hung at 8 inchs. Thanks a lot for your kind reply. It gives me more confidence to start my routine. I've already bought a lub this morning, and I plan to start my routine tonight. However, I share the bathroom with three other guys, so it may be not so convenient, but I'll do it. How eagerly I'm looking forward to have a bigger dick. :-)

I think i'll do 2 session a day, i had majorly good gain off those 4 day's i just check my self again im 7.50 inch 19 cm Heh after every session i check my self with a ruler it always shows some gain i kinda rest today and only did 1 session most session take 60-90 minutes .
Also the sharp pain went away and the bases of my penis doesn't hurt that much.
I would like too see your result canuck.
