Im new to this board. A friend sent me the link. At first i thought jelking and flexing your pc muscle was just hogwash. But after reading many posts I see that this can actually work.
I think I will give it a try. I read on how to do it and read some tips from readers but I have a question.
To make this less noticable, can you do your jelqing in the shower? warm it up with the water or face cloth, rub some lub, then do it?
Let me know if this is right?
I will do 50 strokes in the morning starting from base untill just before head, then start with other hand same thing twice per day every ther day?
I also want to work the pc muscle by squeezing it 100 times
then do 10 pc holds at 10 seconds Every other day.

Starting off jelking in the shower to get the feel of things is where I did it probably two decades ago when I read about dick enlargement in a magazine I picked up in a porn shop..(Shame I only did it for a few weeks/ couple of months, but even then I put on 1/4 inch.)
Especially if that's the only place you get privacy right now.:-(
There are some other issues, though.
Most people use some kind of lube or Sorbolene or hand lotion rather than soap, as soap used in this intensive way for as long as you will need to work up to -- 10 -15 mins-- or more-- will dry out the skin on your dick excessively. Soap is quite caustic.
Unless the lube you use is waterproof -- ie Petroleum Jelly or some other really oily stuff, the water will wash it away all the time, and at the end you'll have to wash the oily residue out of the shower or bath. No fun at all. So you'll have to graduate from the shower eventually, IMO.
On the jelking method issue, rather then 50 strokes with one hand and then going to the other, I found it best to do alternate strokes with each hand.
At the beginning your dick will need to recover from this new form of "punishment" you are giving it, and the very good post here in FAQ talks about the red spots etc. 100 strokes shouldn't be too much for a start --- I think--- but don't make them too hard at the start.
Work up the intensity up over the weeks as you get used to it, and try varying the grip from palms up to palms down as your hands get tired (also).
I remember finding palms down a lot more of a challenge to my dick, so go easy.
I found the PC flexing stuff "a breeze", and could do lots quite quickly, so after you've experimented a bit, go for it at any time you think about it.

Welcome to the board! Pumpin, as usual, is right. The shower is a nice place to start but eventually you will need to graduate to at least the bathroom with a lock on the door. If privacy is the issue from friends/family, just take a magazine with you and they'll think you're eating a lot of fiber. Messed up I know but it works.
Now the most important part of the technique. In my opinion, jelqing/milking really benefits your cock in the girth department, at least in my case. The key to gains are going to come from staying about 80% erect. Then squeeze from the base towards the head to about an inch from your head. If you don't FEEL the head of your cock swelling/expanding/ballooning/pressurinzing then you're either not erect enough OR you're not squeezing hard enough. 10 to 15 minutes is long enough for a session.
