This is my 4th week at pe. Have no set routine yet.
All Im doing is milking & streching about 3 times a week,
for 20 to 30 min.
I'm 55 years old, 145 lb.,6ft.
my measurements at start is
5 7/8 el Press to bone
5.5 ga.
my new measurement are
6.5 el
5.75 ga.
I'm going to try hanging next. My Goal is 8 in.x6.5 or better.
I'm posting this to say its never to late to start someting new.
Will be posting progress about once a mo.
