Hi all! I have been doing a combination of PE exercises, and stretching with the ProExtender for the past month. I have gotten incredible gains with the combo, but have reached a bump in the road, so to speak. I have added enough length to hardly be able to set the pressure up to the first mark on the extender without the threads showing and the device coming apart, BUT, I have not quite gained enough length to add the next rod. LOL. Any ideas?

Big Al, do you think I should just stick to manual stretches until I get the extra length it would take to add the extra rods to the extender?

All the best bros!
Sergio

Can you provide a detailed account of your routine? That way, I can see where you might need to make changes.

No problem at all, and I thank you for the reply! My current routine is pretty basic and straight forward (done at least five days a week):

Warm up: 10 minute hot wrap and massage
Squeeze: Currently up to 50 reps, and I add 2 extra reps every workout
Uli: 1 for 45 seconds after I finish squeezing
Manual Stretching: 5 directions, adding an extra set each week
Cool down: 10 minute hot wrap and massage

Every night I throw on the ProExtender for an hour. I use it more for a supplement to my program, as I do believe the manual exercises are to thank for my gains. As I posted in my progress report, I was able to gain an astounding 1/4" this past month. My guess is that the manual stretches are doing the job, and may be in a way, working too fast for the extender to keep up? It's just annoying to be too big for the extender at the current size, but too small to add the next extender rod.

How many reps did you do for your stretching and which exercise was it? What are you doing for stamina work?

For stretching, I do the multi-directional intense 10 second stretches in each direction. I'm up to 5 sets (of 5 directions) and add another set each week. Then, as I said, wear the proextender for an hour each night as well.

For stamina work, I have been doing the exercises outlined by Mantak Chia of Universal Tao. I'm a martial arts instructor, and my teacher always spoke highly of his work. After learning who he was, I noticed how great his work was for sexuality. I'm doing the stamina work outlined in his book "The Multi-Orgasmic Man." It consists of physical, and meditative practices for overall sexual health. It's something I've actually begun teaching to my black belt students. Real good stuff.

Maybe you need a different type of stretch. Have you tried doing the Ruler Stretch to assess your intensity levels?

Hi Big Al, thank you so much for the reply. I'm not sure I explained myself well enough in the first post. See, the thing is, the manual stretches ARE working. The problem is, I've outgrown the current length of my ProExtender since the stretches are working so well, but I haven't gotten big enough to add the entire new rod to the Extender. Kind of a catch 22. LOL. I think the best thing to do would be continue the manual stretches until I get the length in order to add the next rod to the extender. Sound like a good plan?

It sounds like a good plan, but what about adding a 1/2 rod segment the device; or you can try angling it upwards to accommodate the extra rod.
