TDP refers to a type of Far Infrared Mineral lamp (TDP is an acronym for "Special Electromagnetic Spectrum" in Chinese), and CQ to "camphorquinone", which is a light sensitizer. The small TDP CQ-12 model should suit your needs fine.

There are 2 kinds of tdp(CQ12) one of them is Spectrum Range: 2 to 50 microns and another is 2 to 25 microns.
which one is good to use? or do u have other brands recommend?

IR radiation in the 2-25 micron range should work fine. For the xool down, use warm water or the same process you used to warm up. "Cool down" is just a term and doesn't refer to the temperature of what you're applying to yourself.
