Greetings from aus guys :D will appreciate any advice you can give me before i start out
i measured today from the bone : hard L6.2 G5.2 | soft 4.2 4

so my routine, i have it plotted in excel but cant post that :(

Fri:
10 min warmup
50 one handed jelqs
5x 15 towel raises
10 min warmdown
+50 5 sec kegs through the day

Sat:
10 min warmup
50 one handed jelqs
5x 15 towel raises
10 min warmdown
+ 5 50 sec kegs through the day

Sund: ditto

(a good break because im guessing i will be sore)
Wed: same except 55 jelqs,

what do you think :D,

What's your PE background? Is this your first routine? What kind of progression sequences will you be using (how do you plan to add intensity/reps)?

I dont have any background in PE but i have looked through this site and examined all the alternatives and think this is the most logical way to go :) Yes this is my first routine ive been meaning to get started on it for a while, just putting it off like i used to with weights :P, i plan to add intensity by following your newbie guide and every week at 5-10 more jelq reps, its a little silly asking i guess especially if i based it on that but im just making sure

It would be better if you also included a direct stretch in your routine. You can follow the format listed in the free beginner's routine listed here: http://www.peforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8528
