View Full Version : What is a "Shock Routine?"

I've been reading through the Personal Routines, but I can't find any mention of what some of the members call "Shock Routines." I'm curious about this. What are they? I noticed some of the benefits of jelquing after a short time, but now my erectile problems seem to be coming back. The underside of my penis seems flattened out, and there is a dull pain when I get an erection. I saw a urologist a few times, but he said he couldn't do anything for it. I haven't had any injuries. This really concerns me. My penis actually seems to be shrinking--even with PE.

Damn!

That doesn't sound good. Did you tell the urologist that you've been jelqing, etc...? If he can't tell you what's wrong maybe you should see a different one.

Anyway, a shock routine is just a 5 - 10 hour PE marathon. Some people said that they jelq for 45 minutes, take a 15 minute break (maybe a hot wrap) and then start again. Throw in some Uli's and other exercises and you've got a sore penis (and possibly faster growth). You should take the next several days off or just do VERY light jelqing.

I'm not sure but I think Chikkas was the first one to try it (and he had good results). Go back out to the very beginning menu for this board and then go to the Best Posts section - there are some routines there.

If you really do have a 'shrinking penis' and erection problems then I would suggest getting to the bottom of that before trying a shock routine.

Good luck,

I started to get a second opinion, and then I just gave up on it. Every time I get anywhere near a doctor, I just lose a lot of money and end up with even more problems. I stayed away from them for years, but started seeing a couple of them for some things I was concerned about. Now it's going to take a couple years to get the bills paid off.

I think I was overreacting when I said my penis seemed to be shrinking. It seems as if part of the spongy cylinder along the bottom of the penis--the one that fills with blood but doesn't get as hard as the two along the top--has caved in a little, but still opens up when I kegel and after the penis is fully erect. There is a dull pain while I'm getting hard, but it goes away once I am completely stiff. It still concerns me, but I've decided to stay away from stretching. I've done some experimentation and have found that jelqing alone, for short periods of 10-15 minutes, 4 or 5 days a week, seems to have the best effect on my erections. A few hours after a mild jelqing treatment--with no stretching or hanging--my penis is super sensitive, and my hardons get so big and full. I think I will just stick with this routine. Even if I don't ever see any size increases--though I've already noticed some girth--I love the effect this has on me. It seems like it even stimulates the libido somehow, and it also helps to alleviate the pain. Sometimes there is no pain at all for a couple days.

I'm going to keep an eye on it, and if it gets any worse, I'll go to another urologist.
