hey all,

i'm a newbie at PE, but i'm really interested. I was wondering if you guys could give me some exercises to do to increase the girth of my penis. i'm not exactly worried about length (although, it wouldn't hurt) i'm mostly interested in increasing the circumference of my penis.

i've been doing kegels for about 1 month now and i DO find a difference. i'm just at the point where i can orgasm without ejaculating, but sometimes i "slip". for any of you who are questioning strengthening the PC muscle, i STRONGLY recommend it. what girl wouldn't want a guy that can last as long as he wants in bed??

any help that you guys can give is much appreciated.

The general consensus here is that jelqing and the Uli3 are the best exercises for girth, although I personally found jelqing to be very good for length as well. Read the How to Jelq post on page two of this section.

Priapus is right - from what I've read most people agree that jelqing and Ulis are the things to do for girth. You might want to read the posts on the Personal Routines section - there are several girth exercises listed I think.

For girth, I think the main thing is to stretch the 'circular' fascia of the penis. I've started using one exercise (I think it's from the Personal Routines section) where you get semi erect and do the ok grip at the base of your penis. Then you grab the head and push it straight back towards the base. I've only been doing it two weeks but it makes sense to me.

I've also read that pumping can work well for girth but I consider that a last resort.
