Let's start this again, I'll start:
1. Don't take it too fast. If you don't start out slow and simple, you can risk doing damage to your penis. Plan your PE out and start with a little at a time. For example, if you were to do jelqing only, start with maybe 20 minutes for the first week, and increase in 10 minute intervals per week until reaching about an hour.
2. Don't over do it. If you don't take a day off every few days, you are doing your penis no good. One day for every three days on is a good idea, some do it once every 3-5 days. Try to aim for that range.
3. Don't be hasteful. If you got an injury, which chances are you will experience a minor injury in PE, don't keep working through it. You need to let it heal. You want those spots to last forever, or that pain to stay with you for the whole year? Take a break when you need it.
4. Don't expect results right away. You are a lucky guy if you can see results within a couple weeks. It can take anywhere from 4 months to a year to see some kind of result. Keep it up, and have faith.
5. Don't confuse bloatedness with gains. After PE, a well-worked penis will look a big big and bloated. It can stay for quite a while, but then that bloatedness goes away and guys think they lost their gains. It's not true at all, so don't jump the gun. You can expect bloatedness, but when it goes away, don't think you lost size.
