The first thing you should do it cut back your pubic hairs. Most of us know this, but there are some that don't. I have been to many nude beaches and locker rooms and see so many guys that have hair so thick that their penis just barely sticks out in many cases. As you progress in PE you will want to get the hair off your penis to jelq more comfortably. You can shave your penis to the point where it hits your body. You may need to do this about every week or so. Anyway, if you do this, you will look in the mirror and be amazed because your penis will look as much as an inch bigger.
In many cases a man's testicles are so close to their body that it makes a small penis point strait up giving the appearance of an even smaller penis. The second thing you can do is called a power stretch. After a hot wrap, apply some baby oil to lubricate and loosen the skin, grab your testicles with the ok position between your body and testicles and stretch the testicles down while at the same time pulling your penis up. This will stretch the scrotum as well as the skin between your penis and scrotum. Then pull your tesicles to the right and your penis to the left and then do the same in the other direction. These pulls can be done for 30 seconds maybe 2 sets will be fine. Before long you will notice that your testicles are hanging lower and your flaccid penis will as well. It will not take too long before you will stop this because your testcles will hang so low they will be uncomfortable. Then they will return a little and everything will be fine and you can occasionally if you want do it again. It is also a good idea to gently massage everything inside your sack and the area all around the testicles.
Finally, if you are wearing briefs switch to boxers. This will also make your penis used to hanging.
So,
