Where is the PC muscle

I am a beginner and, directions speak of excerising the PC muscle but where is it. Someone please explain so that I can get started. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Have you ever tried to stop peeing all of a sudden? You know that muscle you flexed...it runs from the base of your penis down toward your a-hole...that's your PC muscle.

I'm not sure of the muscle's insertion points, but PC stands for pubococogial (spelling may be off.) It's kind of a combo between Pubic and Coccyx (spelling again?) Your coccyx is your tailbone.

Thanks alot I know where that muscle is. That sounds like that may be a little painful to exercise. Well we will see!
